A WORK OF ART

This partial condo renovation emphasized a gallery-like atmosphere for an art collector. A neutral palette of white and gray complements the displayed art. The open kitchen design maximizes the panoramic view of Lincoln Park by omitting wall cabinets and employing minimalist appliances. The master bathroom suite features white marble tile walls, white washed oak wood veneer cabinetry, walk-in shower, vessel tub, sauna, and private water closet.

No doors here. Just walk into the shower. The vessel tub had to be carefully planned to integrate with the existing drain line.
