CLEAN LINES FOR ALL

TZS Design undertook the renovation of a 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo situated at 1040 N. Lake Shore Drive. The client's vision centered on minimalist design. Given the need for ample storage in their transition from suburban living, we concealed storage spaces behind walnut panels with touch latches. These hidden closets discreetly accommodate additional dining chairs, clothing, and even two bicycles. In the office, we integrated concealed storage for a craft table, printer, files, along with sculptural floating shelves. The combination of white finishes and dark oak wood flooring contributes to a spacious and uncluttered ambiance.
