TZS Design renovated 24 S. Morgan, a luxury West Loop apartment building. The scope included redesigning the lobby, amenity spaces, and 12 resident corridors. The lobby exudes modern luxury, featuring a custom living wall and graphic walls reflecting city energy. Art pieces, such as abstract taxis and vintage water towers, pay homage to the neighborhood's industrial history. In the gym, dynamic lines of light and energetic graphics inspire movement. Resident corridors and the party room also blend industrial aesthetics with modern comfort and style, using materials like brass and crystal for a timeless yet contemporary feel.
