INDUSTRIAL INSPIRATION

Located in the Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago, TZS Design was hired to renovate the lobby and 6-floors of resident corridors for 330 N. Clinton. Natural colors and patterns inspired by nature were used. The wood tile was inspired by train track ties as there is a railroad line directly adjacent to the building. The design style infuses the rustic feel of the neighborhood with sophisticated palette. The carpeting for the resident corridors has an abstract concrete pattern which is a nod to the industrial history of the neighborhood.
